(DALLAS – August 15, 2019) – Prestige Maintenance USA, an industry leader in facility maintenance services and labor distribution solutions announced the appointment of Othon Herrera as its President and Chief Operating Officer. This announcement comes as managing partner and COO, Jason Dinverno, moves into the newly created role of Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
Othon Herrera was previously engaged with the firm as an advisor to develop Prestige’s growth strategies. During the engagement, he worked closely with Rachel Sanchez, managing partner and CEO and Jason Dinverno, managing partner and COO.
Othon has worked across a range of industries, creating and supporting skilled teams in building strong businesses and has established a consistent record of strong returns over multiple business cycles at the C-level. On his appointment, Othon says, “I am looking forward to picking up where Jason left off.
